Calm After the Storm

This is the last painting in a storm series of 4. Calm After refers to the peace we feel when the storm finally passes and the waters calm down. The unique illuminating light that appears following a storm evokes such a strong feeling of hope and relief. It's almost like a gift for seeing it through to the other side. I wanted to complete the series with a happy ending.
