Kona Turtle

Kona Turtle was inspired by my experiences and photography in Hawaii while swimming with the turtles. These 100-million-year-old reptiles are a wonder to me. This tortoise was big and beautiful, and I wanted to bring him to life on canvas, adding broken glass, fibers, and reflective materials to honor his features.
