Transformation

Transformation was inspired by the remarkable life cycle of aquatic larvae that live underwater for up to five years before emerging as fast, agile adults with brief, vibrant lifespans. I find so much beauty in that arc, all that patience and quiet time beneath the surface before the burst of life. I used reflective adornments to honor their character.
